You can have multiple time clocks all connected to your software. There is no connection charge for the first time clock. Additional time clocks incur a connection fee of $12 per month until cancelled.

How it all works
Software You login to your software through your browser and manage your time and attendance.
Hardware The time clocks sends’ the clocking data to your software plan. The time clock does not lose data in a power outage but stores clockings and sends the data when power is restored.
The time clock has 2 methods of punching, Proximity tag or PIN and password. You decide which employee uses which method. No usable images are stored in the time clock. The time clock is password protected.
In use
Every employee in the organization is given a unique ID issued by HR/Payroll. This unique ID. Each employee presents their previously enrolled tag or PIN number to the time clock and once recognised this creates an in/out transaction. The time clock displays the result of the attempt along with an audible message.

If you ordered the Mobile module then selected employees can punch in via their cell phone. See more on the Mobiles page

Yes you can just email to ask. You can increase employee levels at any time. This is usually done by an email.

If I enroll someone on a time clock will it populate my other same Systime time clocks.
Yes it will.
Some employee turn up an hour early and clock in. How can we stop them from being paid for these hours? You can stop employees being paid for these hours in the shift/schedule set up. You can also stop time accumulating at start and end of a shift.
