Systime offers a 28 day money back guarantee on our products. During this time, you can return an item purchased from our online store for a full refund without giving a reason. Refunds for part used subscriptions will not be refunded

Returns are subject to
The products returned must be unused with no signs of use or damage
Used products cannot be returned.
The product must be complete in the original packaging with undamaged and unused cables adaptors fobs cards manuals and all accessories that made up the complete order that you are returning.
A product return that has missing items, or used or damaged items may not be refunded.
Shipping
We recommend for shipping, if the product is valued over $100, insure the shipment for the value of the products and ship the return with a ‘signature required’ shipping service and a tracking service.
Any loss or damage of product, of any value, in transit is at your risk.
Once received by us we will process your refund to the method you paid by within 21 days.
Customers will be responsible for paying return freight and any taxes, for all freight charges incurred in delivery of the product back to the Systime address specified in the RMA.
