The time clock.
Your time clock will arrive ready configured and will require you have internet. it should be connected to a our network point so it will connect to your CLOUD time and attendance when you power up the time clock If it does not then contact support. Your access code to your Systime CLOUD software will be emailed to you. 

Mobile Devices
If you have a mobile workforce let your employees to use the mobile app to punch when they working away from site. Geofencing and Geolocation is included. Access can be restricted by employee. Available for use without buying time clocks.

What do you get.
With your Systime subscription you get unlimited data, unlimited storage, free software upgrades and you only pay for 'active' employees and not leavers. 

Multiple Business locations.
If you have multiple business locations you can purchase additional software access licences and additional Systime time clocks at any time. You can upgrade the number of employees on the Systime software at any time. 

You will need to order
1) A CLOUD Systime software package (if you dont alrady have one).
2) A Systime time clock. You can have more than one.

and, if required, order your Mobiles module as well.

How it all works 


Every employee in the organisation is given a unique ID issued by HR/Payroll. This unque ID is not the PIN number. Each employee presents their previously enrolled tag or PIN number to the time clock and once recognised this creates an in/out transaction. The terminal displays the result of the attempt along with an audible message. 
 

Once you have a subsription, all punches are sent straight to your software in the CLOUD. You log into your account using your browser, add, edit and delete punches and run your time card reports. Login from any/every PC. Use office, home, laptop.
