If your employees work from home or you have a mobile workforce you can record their time and attendance with our Mobile Workforce APP. They simply punch at their device, Its simple and inexpensive to get the APP. Geofencing and Geolocation is included to prove the punch location. You can restrict individual employee use of this feature.

Available for use without buying time clocks. You will require a software plan to access the reports. You only require one APP per Software Plan. The APP covers all employees in your plan.

How it all works

Every employee in the organisation is given a unique ID issued by HR/Payroll. This unque ID is not the PIN number. Each employee presents their previously enrolled tag or PIN number to the time clock and once recognised this creates an in/out transaction. The terminal displays the result of the attempt along with an audible message.

Once you have a subsription, all punches are sent straight to your software.. You log into your account using your browser, add, edit and delete punches and run your time card reports. Login from any/every PC. Use office, home, laptop.
